Health and Safety
Arrend Electrical takes Health and Safety seriously. We have developed a culture within our team that understands the importance of being safe and ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.
Our team are trained-in and follow government COVID guidelines and have developed our own in-house COVID health and safety documents and COVID-specific JSA and Task Analysis.
We hold regular toolbox meetings and health and safety is an agenda item where the whole team is encouraged to provide feedback, ideas and concerns or issues. This open discussion helps develop our robust company health and safety plan, which is reviewed regularly and updated and endorsed by our team.
We have JSA’s and Take 5’s which are completed prior to commencing any job. We are slo members of SITEWISE – an accredited health and safety branch of SiteSafe.
Health and safety training is offered to our team, and each team member holds their site safe before they hit the tools. We also complete all required site inductions and courses to ensure our team are well prepared and rehearsed before commencing a job.
